What we do — between your RFQ and your DC.
The work that turns an OE cross-reference list into landed inventory: plant package, quality testing, interchange validation, packaging and shipment coordination.
Four working areas. One coordinated supply path.
Each module is a working area we own end-to-end — not a marketing claim. Data points are indicative ranges for the configurations we run most often.
Plant package
Direct-source from established brake hydraulic plants. Mature production lines for boosters, master cylinders, hydro-boost and wheel cylinders.
Quality & testing
In-process and end-of-line testing per platform standard. Sealing, stroke, output force and leakage checks before parts leave the plant.
Interchange validation
Cross-reference verified against OE drawings and published vehicle application data. Dimensional and interface conformance confirmed before sampling.
Packaging & shipment
Configurable packaging — neutral, private-label or your specified artwork. Container-level or mixed pallet shipment to North American DCs.
*Indicative figures. Confirmed per program and SKU mix.
A predictable four-step rhythm.
Each step has a clear handoff to your team. We stay accountable for what comes out the other side: validated parts, in the packaging you specified, at the dock you booked.
RFQ & cross-reference
Submit OE list, vehicle applications and target quantities. We respond with interchange validation and indicative pricing within 1–3 business days.
Sampling & approval
First-article parts shipped for engineering and quality review. Drawings, material certs and dimensional reports on request. Typical turnaround 2–4 weeks.
PO & production
Confirmed POs enter production planning. Weekly status updates; inline inspection per agreed AQL. Production typically 6–10 weeks.
Shipment & support
Container booking, packaging compliance, document handover. Replenishment forecasts maintained with your buyer.

MOQ, lead time, packaging — at a glance.
How we normally structure a brake hydraulics program. Each figure is indicative — final terms depend on SKU mix and freight model.
Minimum order quantity
Volume thresholds we work with. Lower MOQ available on stocked SKUs; non-stocked or tooling-dependent items run higher.
Lead time bands
From confirmed PO to FOB-port handover. Sea freight and clearance added separately to your timeline.
Packaging options
Standard packaging models. Artwork-controlled options require artwork files and proof sign-off.
Freight & document handover
How we hand off documents and how shipment routes. Direct-to-DC supported on established programs.
*DDP available program-by-program. Confirm at quote.
